COURGETTE AND ROSEMARY SOUP

 

ROAST VEGETABLE AND GOATS CHEESE SALAD

Warm peppers, sweet potato and butternut squash, mixed with winter leaves

topped with goats cheese

 

CHICKEN AND BLACK PUDDING TERRINE

Flavoured with smoked bacon and pistachio nuts and served with a sweet chilli

and cranberry chutney and oatcakes

 

PRAWN, CRAYFISH AND SMOKED SALMON SALAD

Drizzled with a lemon and chive dressing
